The objective of this course is to give brokers and agents suggestions and recommendations on how to fill in TAR contract forms with terms and conditions that best serve the interests of their client whether they are representing the seller or the buyer. We will be working with the Commercial Contract-Improve Property form, the Commercial Contract Financing Addendum, the Commercial Contract Amendment and the Commercial Contract Exhibit. We will go over subjects such as property descriptions, earnest money, title companies, UCC searches, feasibility period, closing time frames, property information, estoppel certificates and attorneys. We’ll also talked about drop boxes and timelines.
The instructor, Joe Linsalata, will reveal all the tricks and tips that he has learned during his 35 years of successful commercial real estate brokerage. Also, a lively exchange with the attending class members will be encouraged to get their take on the instructor’s marketing and transaction methods, techniques, systems, procedures.
Fully approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for six hours of continuing education credit.
