The objective of this course is to give brokers and agents the tools, instructions and recommendations to succeed in the commercial real estate profession and to compete with national brokerage houses. We will be covering topics such as Internet advertising, using email blast systems and database selection and use. We will provide recommendations on education, putting together a company brochure and organizing a website. Most of all, we’ll get into the hard but essential work of prospecting and obtaining listings.

Joe Linsalata is a real estate broker who has been active in commercial real estate since 1985. He has been a leader in the real estate brokerage industry-

Joe has brokered over 155 commercial investment property transactions representing the seller over 90% of the time.

Check-in and registration are at 8:30 AM. The course starts at 9 AM and finishes at 4:00 PM
Place - St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church -14311 Wells Port Dr., Austin, TX 78728 (Northeast Corner of Wells Branch Parkway and Wells Port Drive)
The course will be held in St. Andrews’ brand-new Technology Room, registration will be limited to the first 7. Plenty of on-site parking.
Coffee and water will be served during class. There are three great restaurants, Mexican, Barbecue and Indian, across the street with many more along nearby IH 35
Cost - $50 before June 8 - $60 after June 8
Refund policy - Full refund if cancellation is received outside of 72 hours from on-site course registration (Wednesday, June 15, 8:30AM). Full credit for an upcoming course if received inside 72 hours.
